This Week's Theme: Blades
/|\

They come in all sizes, shapes, and names.
/|\

From historical weapons
/|\

To weapons from fantastical stories.
/|\

From different types of daggers
/|\

To different sizes of swords
/|\

Each region, e.g. Japan, has it's own special collection of blades
/|\

Some have a huge variaty under one name, e.g. the 16th Cen. German Halberd
/|\

And sometimes, us normal people get confused about what a certain kind is
(FYI, this is a Oakeshott Type XIIIa)
/|\

Wow, that's a lot of blades. :) I write contemporary, but this is still interesting. What's your story about?

Hi! I write mainly speculative fiction. My current project is a fairy tale retelling set in a medieval fantasy world. I have dabbled in the past in Science Fiction and paranormal.
